Compliance and payment process
Affiliates must maintain a verified account with MFA, accept the current program terms, submit a completed W-9 through encrypted private storage, and provide verified payout instructions.
Commissions remain on hold for 60 days, are recalculated or reversed for refunds and disputes, and are paid through reviewed manual payout batches. Self-referrals and shared payment or identity signals are flagged for review.
The affiliate workspace reports anonymized clicks, conversions, retention, and commission totals. It never exposes customer report data or personal source material.
